Full sized washers and dryers are located in every apartment near the kitchen.
There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee and $20/month pet rent.
Yes, 1 pet may not exceed 75 lbs. and 2 pets may not exceed 100 lbs. total. Please contact us for breed restrictions.
No, but there are pet waste stations located throughout the community.

Due to COVID-19 we will no longer be able to accept packages in our office.
No quiet hours, please respect your neighbors at all times. The community building may be rented for $75 plus a $100 security deposit.

You will need to pay a separate Security Deposit when transferring between communities. The Security Deposit does, however, transfer to another apartment within the same community. 
No subletting is permitted. In some situations, an application for modification may be accepted. We also have policies in place for yearly lease termination.
Rent through a 60-day notice and a lease termination fee.
The nearest bus stop is located on Clyde Park and 68th St., walking distance from the community.

Meijer, Target, Family Fare and many other stores and restaurants are withing a few miles of the community.
There is a Starbucks inside of Target, within 1.5 miles of the community.
